Sorry, but no. That would take way too long. Too many players. And if you mean team overalls I raised/lowered like 30 teams today so that would be a lot too. Just lower almost everyone 3-4 points.

Overrated - OSU, Georgia, and Florida's defense

Underrated - USF, and tulsa i mean come on they had the number 1 offense in the country last year, and are rated below rice (reason's unknown).

I think that TAMU is underrated. As good as OSU is there not that good with 99's across the board.

Didn't Oregon State lose something like 12 or 13 starters. I know their defense was full of seniors last year. I would say a 77 isn't that far off.

I don't know how much more overrated Duke can get.
but its not like everybody on OSU's defense has never played. The returning DE's combined for 19.5 sacks last year. Its the same theme every year with the defense. It was said last year the they lost too much on D to be any good. Had one of the best in the NCAA.

And Stroughter isn't in the game either.

I'm still baffled on the Arizona rating.

Overrated- Florida (Defense especially), FSU, OSU(Weak schedule, they constantly get their a$$ beat in big games), USC, UCF, LSU(Offense)

Underrated- USF, FAU(At least their offense)

Re: Overrated/Underrated

I just found some more teams to add.

Notre Dame is SEVERLY overrated. Explain to me how a team that went 3-9 can be better than BYU, who is in serious preseason contention for a BCS bowl. ND should be 75, tops.

And how exactly are Wake Forest and Duke completely the same? Duke will be better, but not nearly as good as Wake.

I also find that Hawaii is overrated. 77 is a bit high for a team that lost all its star players, its head coach, and at its best, was mediocre. (See the Sugar Bowl if you don't believe me).

Kansas, Pittsburgh, Tulsa, Illinois, BYU, Auburn, FAU, and USF should all be higher in my humble opinion.

Re: Overrated/Underrated

Over: FSU, Notre Dame

Under: Kansas, Wake Forest, USF

My major gripe is with Kansas. I realize last year we had an extremely easy schedule, but to go 12-1, beat VT in the Orange Bowl, wins at Colorado (who beat OU), at Texas A&M (who beat Texas), at Oklahoma State (who beat Texas Tech), these are all difficult places to win. The media said, "KU didn't have to play OU or UT"....well you know what, OU and UT didn't have to play KU. Why not look at it that way? Texas didn't have to play Missouri or Kansas, the best 2 teams in the north, why not talk about that?

I don't think KU should be rated in the 90's, but I think returning 16 of 22 starters, they deserve to be in the 84-87 range when it comes to OVR rating. How are teams like KSU and Nebraska rated above KU, while teams like Iowa State and Duke are given similar ratings to KU? Makes no sense!

I'm done ranting
