Online Dynasty Question

I am sorry this has probably been asked a couple of times, but I can't find the answer.

I am commish of a dynasty and everyone in it had a user vs. user game in week 1.

The question I have is if one of the people set his team to ready to advance and did not get his game palyed against the other person what should we do next?

Is there anything that can be done?

They have tried to play but it disconnects everytime they try.

the fact that someone set ready to advance has nothing to do with y they cant play. most likely its a router issue. have then go straight to the modem if possible.
