I thought Ncaa 09 allowed CPU vs CPU and the abillty to jump in and take over a team.

I can't get my controller to the middle to allow CPU vs CPU it keeps going to one team or the other....

Alos is the view under CPU vs CPU from a sidleine...because I don't see any Camera option at all...the only view is from behind the QB.

Just tried it on my 360 in Play Now and it works fine. If you're on the Away team and move the left stick to the right once, it places the controller with the middle group of controllers. View is the same one as if you were playing..
