In 2010 I saw Boise State at #1. they had a 54 game home winning streak so I couldn't really complain that much but it was odd seeing them as the toughest place to play. Fear the Blue Turf!!

I think it changes faster than in previous years. If you want to move up faster, schedule the teams with long streaks at their place and go beat them.

Same thing happened with me. Every year they went undefeated at home so in my 5th year I scheduled them in Boise and won easy. I think I was 8th at the beginning of my 6th year with a 19 game win streak.

I moved UW up to the top 10 in my third year by winning 20 straight home games or something like that.
