When can you retire if you can
whaty happens when you do

In online dynasty Retiring amounts to quitting that particular dynasty. In a regular Dynasty, retiring just retires that one coach. You can then find a new job, create a new coach etc.
also-you can retire at any point during season or pre-season. I dont think you can retire during offseason...not sure about offseason though.
