Cannot see the width of the field ... 4:3 vs 16:9?

Same here. I wish they had a wider camera. Makes playing Defense with a CB tough to cover anyone who goes to the sideline.

This issue has made me use my wideouts for deep routes and curls only. I put my best players at slot and mostly use speedy but average recievers at wideout.

They need to create some kind of vision control for the QB so you can see your recievers. Not a vision cone type deal but a rotating camera controled by the user.
