Icon14 Looking for new playbook.....

I just looked at the TT playbook, it's actually pretty cool.

Generally speaking i run the One Back playbook, but was thinking of making a switch.

Looking for something pass happy, but still with that power up the gut running attack. Really liked the look of the FB in that TT playbook..

Any good suggestions?

Re: Looking for new playbook.....

do you want FB run plays? the FB in the TTU playbook doesn't have any running plays, except in the shotgun formations.

I guess i didn't pay that close of attention, i saw some pass plays, but since i always play the one back formation i got happy when i saw the FB in the line up.

Yeah, i'd prefer some FB runs. Good point....

Re: Looking for new playbook.....

I have been in a dynasty for the past 6 years with North Carolina. I used their team playbook for the first four but then I got three 90+ running backs by the end of the fourth year and wanted to use them more. So i transfered over to the Run Balanced playbook. Its a great playbook because it has some great run plays and you still have a lot of passing and this playbook also sets up the playaction pass really well.

New Mexico State has a wide-open play book, mostly a spread offense, but has a good amount of running plays. The NMSU playbook also incorporates the FB into a fair amount of the formations.

Baylor has a nice playbook for your style.
Temple has an awesome playbook but it is a little more balanced than i think what you are looking for.

Re: Looking for new playbook.....

try virginia's to. it has 4 i formation plays alot of heavy te one back for running and a good bit of shotgun. they have split, split twins and ace in the shotgun to so you can keep some te's on the field. these are good shotgun running formations. they have a coulple 4 wr formations but its a wide open te freindly offense. its a good one to use for a transition from i to spread. buffalo is actually nice for a cross over offense also and it gives you 5 wide and a weak and strong formation if you dont want as much ace.
