Mid-Season Ratings Boosts

So, I'm in an online dynasty with a friend. During the season, his players get all sorts of +1, +2 and hot streak bonuses. I'm the commish and my team barely gets any of these things. I've won National Championships with Marshall, he's finished .500 with Colorado St.

Is there a glitch that I'm not aware of?

Or is there something I need to be doing that I'm not aware of?

It just makes no sense that I never get these ratings increases...not that I need them, but I just find it very weird.

Does the hot streak actually do anything?

Me either cause when i play with a terrible team, i win some big games against high ranked oppenents and my players don't get any better...

There is a glitch where commissioners players don't get hotstreaks or player advancement during the season. I've heard a lot of people complaining about it. I get both hotstreaks and stat bonuses in all the dynasties i've been in except for the one i've been commissioner of for 2 seasons.

Man.....this is possibly worse than the players leaving/transfers/TV Exposure dropping issue.

I run a 12 man OD and I see the Hot streak symbol and I have somebody getting a +1 each week.

So weird.

I haven't gotten crap in 4+ seasons in the OD I'm commish of.
