Differences between PS2 version and PS3 version??

Thanks for the input. I'm going to rent 09 this weekend and then I'll make a decision on whether to get it or pick up 08 or 06.

I picked up the PS2 version last night. Its worth it. Once you get past the graphics, it plays the most realistic college football game I have ever played.

Good to hear. Unfortunately, no Gamestop in my area has a copy, so if I want to get this, I'll have to shell out full price for it.

I might just pick up 06 used and save up a little money and then get 09; trading in the 360 copy for something else, or just keeping it for the odd chance I decide to try Online Dynasty.

You must be talking about every other game other than this game. BEcause then, you'd be right.

There was little to no effort put into gameplay on next gen. There couldnt have been for it to be as bad as it is. Even NCAA 2002 had better gameplay than we have now.

I mean seriously, the players on next-gen look like they're ice skating. Players change direction on a dime. At least in the PS2 version when you run in a circle the player will shift and stuff

Im sold...I just switched from Madden on 360 to Madden on PS2 and I'm in love with it.I'll be swinging past gamespot to pick up a copy tomorrow.

I would buy the PS2 version, but my PS2 is hooked up to my old TV, and I don't have a BackCom PS3. AND I refuse to give EA anymore money.

How about this....

How about EA just create whatever they will make for '10 on PS3/360. And just put the PS2/Xbox version on the disc with updated rosters. Don't make any other changes, other than the players, and give that to us as a bonus game on the disc.
