09 because of Online Dynasties.

Without them, it would easily be 08 because Oregon has Dennis Dixon

08 had the better gameplay, 09 had the best features and modes. 09 is ruined by 2 things, essentially. One is the speed curve and the other is pursuit angles of the defense.

When I don't use money plays I enjoy 09 more.

i am not interested in online so 08 sounds pretty good. one other thing does it play like madden or is it completely different.

I thought NCAA 08 was better than Madden 08....vice versa this year.

Pursuit angles were off in 08 as well IMHO.
