what about the 09 version for PS2? is it any good? I'd really like to know because i'm strongly considering a PS3 with my tax return and that would be my first game if it will play good on that console. I recently picked up 06 for the xbox, the graphics look pretty good, but it plays like garbage on the 360 for some reason.

i've heard great things about 09 on the ps2 but I haven't played it myself. I want to pick it up but its still 30 bucks brand new. I think the cheapest i've seen it at a gamestop is still 20. Too much for a 9 month old last gen videogame. Especially when you are just trying things out like the thread starter is. I mean he can still pick up 06 and 2K3 for 5 bucks if that.

NCAA 06 (Xbox). Felt right to me, decent presentation, and was just really fun to play. Next in line would be NCAA 04 (PS2).
