Best College football game to date?

Hey guys, I really want to buy a college football game. Problem is, I don't know which one to get. I'm am very disappointed in EA, with NCAA 09 being, well, bad to say the least. NCAA 08 was good. Too bad it only ran at 30 ****ing FPS! I really don't want to re-buy a game. I've owned 2005-2009. Never had a College football game made by a different developer. I want that to change, but I'm hearing great things about NCAA 2004, which is good, but at the same time unfortunate because it's made by EA. Somebody help me!! Which game should I get??



P.S. I should probably mention I own a PS3 and original Xbox, if that helps any.

I like NCAA 07 for 360. If you want top graphics and presentation you'll be surprised to se what NCAA 07 has to offer. Check it out.

My all-time favorite though is College Football's National Championship II for Genesis. They just don't make'em like they used to.

as far as production value it wasn't that great, but as far as overall fun factor, I really enjoyed NCAA COLLEGE FOOTBALL 2K3 with Eric Crouch (sp?) on the cover for ps2. it came out for original xbox too, I just played it on ps2.

NCAA Football 2006 for the PS2. Excellent controls, a pretty good running game (compared to NCAA 2004 where it was non-existent), good CPU AI, great dynasty mode, and HFA is tuned properly to make for some exciting games.

Hey whoa! I said I won't re-buy anything. NCAA Football 2K3 and NCAA Football 2006 sounds interesting. I'll try them out, thanks.

NCAA 06 for PS2 is the best college football game I've played.

For 360.. 09 was best so far. 10 will be even better
