I actually feel like giving up on the NCAA series

Not sure how you guys can keep acting like they haven't changed anything with the game. NCAA 09 has solid game play. Yes, everybody I know crushes the cpu a little too easily, but all my user games are EXCEEDINGLY close and pretty low scoring, definitely realistic compared to real-life scores these days.

They introduced freaking ONLINE DYNASTY this past year, the greatest feature that I've ever used in a sports game. Maybe at least wait to play the next game before you trash it.

Agreed the biggest problem for me is the o-line vs. di-line interaction looks like it is still terrible.

Why the heck do both 2k5 and All-Pro have so much better lineplay? It is inexcusable on EA's part.

I have just accepted the fact that they are more interested in giving casual fans who are interested in arcade style gameplay what they want and saying screw you to the sim style guys.

I feel you Odogg. Since we've made the jump to next gen EA football has been average at best. It does seem like NCAA is getting the short end of the stick in this generation, as well as this year. The game will have to show a pretty big jump for me to purchase and also I want refs and chain gangs. I'm tired of this basic detail being absent.

While what you say is true it's the fact that EA obviously is not listening that has so many of us unhappy and at least somewhat able to predict we will remain that way with 2010. When they can't even get the basic, "easy" complaints taken care of it really bodes ill for the more complex, currently flawed aspects of the game getting fixed.

Think about it, if they can't fix facemasks, long hair, refs, etc then can you or anyone else really say with a straight face that they have improved on the more complex AI issues???

This makes ZERO sense to me.

Tiger has been the same damn games for about 5 seasons now. It's still way too easy. I can still shoot low 60s or even high 50s almost every time out there.

I rent Tiger every year hoping it's gonna be improved and every year I feel like I'm playing the SAME EXACT game.

On that note, the difference from NCAA 08 to NCAA 09 is like night and day.

Yeah I actually made a pact with myself right after I posted this that I'll go ahead and ignore the EA bashing this year. (I know you're not a basher), but in general, I have always enjoyed the games and sorta stuck up for them, but that'll no longer be the case, I'll just participate in threads that aren't bash threads here on out....
