All that sideline stuff was there last year as OMT pointed out including the assistant coaches, and they don't look any different except the effects are masking things. In reality, they are the same models.

I think having 24 event staffers, an injury cart that's never used, and a group of assistant coaches that are unrecognizable, with ZERO head coach presence is not a good decision at all.

In Madden, I'd give all of those up to have the Head Coach presence back like we had the first three years of this generation. I hope seeing those same bad-looking assistants is not representative of Head Coaches not being in again, but I have a bad feeling.

That screen is impressive, but it's all going to come down to gameplay. If NCAA got the AI overhaul it was begging for, than I couldn't give two handtowels less about all that aesthetic fluff.

Actually in NCAA 09. they were just some generic players. Most of which looked like 40 year olds and resembled Bill Cowher. These seem to be real players (i.e. those who are not on the field).

I played 1 game of NCAA 09 before turning it off forever, and if Maddens defense was better than NCAA, than damn, i feel sorry for the people that prefer NCAA to Madden cause Madden had no pass defense what so ever.

If you go through and look at the stats from this past year the numbers are actually pretty good compared to previous versions. The past two years have seen the biggest offensive numbers ever put up in the college game as the spread offense has become more intricate and defined.
