Big name colleges with football die-hards don't lose fans. Maybe there is an occasional fan who goes astray, but usually this is not the case. Michigan didn't lose a bunch of fans when they lost to App St. a few years back, but that was a colossal upset. Florida didn't lose fans that game, and if one or two were unsure about who they would root for, they saw Tim Tebow's speech soon after and were sold on the Gators. That guy is too perfect, and I am starting to think he is a reincarnation of Jesus.
