this, plus if your in a OD with someone that does this, it's probably not an OD you want to be in anyway.

Im in this OD and I noticed a user putting in a red shirt player in a game and when the commish advanced to the next week the player built up some attributes and was still a red shirt. How is that possible?

I agree with MacPlex here. While it isn't groundbreaking news for some people it is for others. The mere fact that people keep making these threads is proof enough. I personally don't have a problem with someone explaining the cheat. I just wish they would do so in a PM. MacPlex's points are valid.

I think this may have been fixed. I was in an OD game and I had 2 HBs and 1 FB injured in the game and was down to only 1 active and healthy RB. So I put my redshirt freshman RB on the depth chart for HB. He was in for a few plays, but didn't record any stats. After the game was over, he no longer had redshirt status.

What would happen is during the pre-season you would redshirt a player.
Then during a game you could go to formation subs and sub that redshirted player in to play, yet they would keep their redshirt status.

I think the bug is fixed, because we don't have formation subs anymore.
