Question About Weather.

Have you guys ever had a game transition from afternoon to night? It has never happened for me so I was just wondering if its in NCAA 2009.

I've had night games, and afternoon games but never it never transitioned.

Re: Question About Weather.

Progressive lighting was left out of 2009 but was in 2008. I didn't have 2007 but I think it was in it as well. I think it may be making a return for 2010 but I can't say for sure. It was one of the few things done well in 2008 yet it didn't make it to 2009. OMT had said why, I think, but I can't remember. They had to make some changes.

Re: Question About Weather.

yea, '07(360) and '08(PS3, 360) had progressive lighting. '09 didn't have it as they re-did the entire lighting system.

it hasn't been confirmed or denied to be in NCAA 10 yet, so we don't know for sure either way yet.

Re: Question About Weather.

I'd love the transition from day to night....and i'd also like it if the field became a giant mudhole whne you played in downpours of rain! The uniforms as well should get completely filthy....then also have weather affect gameplay such as players slip and fall on cuts have the weather just play a more major role

That kind of stuff ruined the game in 2009.. I wish they came back with it in 2010. I'm sick of playing a dynasty game at 5ish and it doesn't even get dark, and when it rains the players don't slip. Same thing for when it snows.
