Good list, but I would switch Tate and insert Floyd. Just my opinion though. AJ Green will be highly rated as well.

im biased as well damian williams is not top 5 but he should be an 89 90 rated

Man I forgot about ND's receivers.

Tate and Floyd are a solid 1-2 punch in the college game. Throw in Kyle Rudolph at TE and ND is looking pretty good on paper.

i like all the names that have been thrown out so far, but the white guy Eric Decker from Minnesota(yes they apparently play football in minnesota)should be rated nicely as well, but not top-5.
