Re: Top 5 WR's

Ok the moron thing was probably a bit harsh. Ha ha. Its not about having inflated stats, its about underutilization. Why would you go to a school that is only going to through the ball to you about 4-6 times a game. I understand he was from alabama, I just think that he had a lot of pressure on him to go there and a lot of people would have heckled him if he didnt go there, even if he thought he would fit better at oklahoma. Its like a great running back saying he wants to go to texas tech. Why? you can not showcase your skills at a school that is going to hand you the ball less than 10 times a game. I dont know. I know these are 18 year old kids and only about 10 percent of recruits sign with a school that is going to give them the best chance to go high in the draft. My apologies to J Jones, he seems to be a great kid.

mine:

Jones
Benn
Green
shipley (only b/c hes been there for 8 years)
Detron Lewis (TTU)- im biased but this guy may be just as good as crabtree, he is very, very good. Im not the only one that thinks that though, Mel Kiper has talked about him on multiple occasions on espn.

Re: Top 5 WR's

Julio Jones
AJ Green
Jacoby Ford (based on speed alone)
Dez Bryant
Quan Cosby

honourable mention to Reuben Randle, give him a chance coming in as the top rated freshman wr.

Re: Top 5 WR's

Jordan Shipley! He had a hell of a year last year. And he lit it up against Oklahoma.

Quan Cosby went Pro.

Re: Top 5 WR's

well accordin to scout.com/collegefootballnews for the 2010 draft "bebe" Thomas is the number 7 WR and is labeled franchise WR so he is definately up there with the elites

on a side note Jonathan Dwyer was number 1 as RB
