come on use some common sense, teams have to agree on it, you think 2 schools would think "wow what a great idea if you wear your reds and we wear our reds!" I think theyre smarter than that.

yea i believe the Buffalo-Miami(OH) game had something to do with the election. I believe the game was played on election night so they wore Red & Blue since Red & Blue represent Republicans and Democrats.

Agreed. I thought the USC UCLA game looked cool last year.

A few years ago the Illini (orange unis) played Wisconsin (red unis) in hoops; what a nightmare to follow on TV (no high def at the time). That obviously hasn't happened again and I think if teams can work it out prior to the game there won't be issues like this.

This is awesome new rule..hopefully this makes it into NCAA 10. I always thought it was weird seeing a yellow playing against a white..Just how the Lakers wear yellow for home games mostly. But this is good.

Actually the coaches would have common sense...but point made. +1

Only time u'll ever see stuff like this is if a team has a lighter shade of a solid color (gold, yellow, etc.)

Spurrier and Carolina did it a few years ago (2006) at Vandy when Vandy wanted to wear their light Gold home and they let us wear our Black tops.
