The only problem I see with this is that the lower tier teams aren't going to have the same chemistry as the upper tier teams are. Ohio could have better chemistry than Ohio State but since Ohio State is better then their chemistry rating would for some reason be higher than Ohio's. I like the idea but there is someway that they would screw this up. JMO

Disagree.
For example-

Your an OL.
Your trailing by 7 late and its 3rd and 10 and the QB calls a pass play. But theres no one open, so he tucks it and runs in YOUR gap. theres a big hoss of a LB about 8 yards away. Instead of the QB sliding and setting up a desperation 4th and 2/3, he lowers his shoulder and rams the Will. As he falls, he divees for the first.

Now after seeing your QB step up, your going to raise your game, just as the other 9 men on your team.

And the cycle repeats. Look back to every single BCS Nat'l champion team but Texas, actually, including texas, and there are or were 6-7 players that were average at best but were motivated by the great players.

Less talented players can have great composure. Two NFL examples are Stan Humphries and Trent Dilfer. Both had great composure and led their team to a Super Bowl. They beat out more talented QB's, but kept it together and didn't make mistakes.

There is the other end of the spectrum - talented QB's that were head cases one way or another. Rex Grossman is one and Vinny Testaverde is another. If Grossman even imagines a pass rush close he panics and makes mistakes. Testaverde was the same until he got older and wiser.

I would have used Ryan Leaf, but that was too easy. Joe Montana was the epitome of what all GM's and coaches want: cooler than absolute zero in the clutch combined with the talent to carry a team into the playoffs.

The problem is that if EA tried to put this into a game it would be hard to simulate. Applying mathematical algorithms to react similar to the probabilities in human emotions on a situational basis is nearly impossible and because of that it wouldn't be worth it. It would be like the discipline feature introduced in 2005. It was a great idea, executed poorly.
