i did see a few good things in the video
the cpu cutting it up field on the pass out of the back field and seeing footprints in the snow.

but the biggest downfall i think is the overall game speed. everyone seems to be going way to fast and can make cuts on a dime.

i have preordered the game and will wait for the demo before making any final choice. and if madden has an online franchise that you can have 3-4 human players and the rest of the teams be contolled by the cpu and be able to play for multiple years, then it will be a difficult choice.

It's funny you say that, b/c the running on next gen just looks so damn goofy that's one of the reasons I've stuck with the PS2. I know that sounds trite, but it just looks comical to me. Some guy on ESPN's back page last year said the running looked like they were getting a colonoscopy without any local anesthetic.

Looks almost exactly the same other than the rb not running out of bounds and the how the qb is standing pre-snap in the Shotgun.

This highly touted pocket still looks like crap. DE still aren't getting upfield. I guess that was why it was so easy to break the pocket like he did with Locker in the first clip. I guess still be able to break the pocket so easily keeps their cheeser customers happy though. Did these guys even listen when people complained last year about the defensive pass rush being terrible?

Tackle animations look identical as well.

I am done with the series, not wasting my money on this crap again. Unfortunately is seems as though plenty of college football fanatics will still buy it regardless. No wonder the series has not gone anywhere.
