but still, what could the ncaa do? he is a consumer and wasn't making money off of his rosters..

They probably just want to make sure he's not making a profit off of a student athlete's name. That's the only reason they'd get involved.

I emailed Fairdale to ask if he wanted me to get him a copy early this year but haven't heard from him. Has anyone spoke with him lately??

I totally didn't realize this was an old thread until this post. I haven't seen anything from him.

He's been posting here a bit. He just posted a couple weeks ago in the "$10 extra" thread. Outside of that, nope.
