Why cant madden and ncaa just work together.

You guys don't think its a coincidence that inferior product comes out 1st. EA is genius. They release NCAA football to cure your football fix, leave you wanting better this and that and then BOOM Madden hits and you kiss your $120 totla for both games goodbye.

If both games were outstanding you'd really only have time to play 1 of thenm anyway, right?

Just to go in to a little more detail with my response. NCAA and Madden are a cohesive experience for me. I've never understood folks saying they'll only buy one or the other.

Ever since the draft class thing was implemented its been an absolute must for me to have both titles.

Exactly, which is what many people plan on doing.

In a dream world, on the field gameplay issues should be worked on by both teams. Pile ups, blocking, refs, grass/turf, animations, etc. are the same in college and pros.

Then each team could focus on their own atmosphere. College football should have entrances, good band sounds (not the crap we have now), awesome chants (not the gym filled with pimple faced high schoolers), etc.

But this would never happen. The NCAA team seems to think that they have everything worked out. Like the Alabama helmet numbers, maybe they have it figured out, we just can't see it.
