Is it the same move that's in the 360 demo? Because the one in the demo -- if that's truly a shimmy at all, and I can't tell if it is -- looks nothing like the shimmy/stutter step in 09.

Adam-

Can you confirm that the shimmy, and other left stick moves were toned down? I am having a very difficult time pulling this move off in addition to other left stick jukes that were in 09.

Perhaps you made the left stick moves ratings based? I think everyone feels a huge difference on the 360, even a slight delay on right stick jukes. Were there any official tweaks to the 09 system during the development cycle?

I feel the same, and I'd like to know too.

Just checked again. The sluggish response is what is causing the problem. I posted about this earlier. The spin doesn't happen right when you press B or anything else including the shimmy. To get it to work you literally have to jerk the control left, right, left, right then it happens on the second left, right. This is a major problem considering we have to time these moves.

Dont you think that if you can "shimmy" juke 2-3 guys consecutive guys that would be a bit unrealistic. The fact that you cant do it every time you choose is kind of good, but I can see where it can be a bad thing (i.e a one on one situation in the open field). I like the fact that moves with high success rates have been toned down. Fast doesnt = elusive. If I can shake you with an average, but fast ball carrier like Jeff Demps I better be able to shake you with less fast, but more polished runner like DeMarco Murray with a much higher hit rate. EA didnt seem to get the memo on speed and elusiveness. But hey, I'm buying it anyway. But will I be keeping it? We will see by July 21st (one week after release)

I think it's all bad. The right stick should be more responsive.

When I hit the juke, I've already anticipated the angle and so on. My player should react when I hit the stick. A delay isn't realistic.

I understand that. I noticed a delay but not a huge one. I was able to juke guys that I felt like should have been juked
