u could, however not all of them. some of the controls have been set and u cannot change...like I think the set when ur in "defensive engaged" or "pursuit", one of them u couldnt change a number of buttons.

pretty sure you can do that this year. in the demo if you go to the controller screen and try pressing the button to change something it says something like "only in retail"
