Worst NCAA game of last gen? If you think 07-09 on last-gen was good then I think next-gen football will fit you just right. Those issues you pointed out are nothing compared to the next-gen problems but why should we go there because we know the presentation and gameplay is so good.

07 was alright on last-gen because they toned down the impact players and got rid of the drops. However, momentum was horrible. It was also too offensively-motivated for my liking, but the same was true with 06. I have no experience playing 08 or 09 on last-gen.

The pursuit angles on 08 xbox were comparable to 09 next gen, maybe worse. The thing is the game would've been the best last gen ncaa IMO if the pursuit angles weren't broken. I've never played 09 last gen either, so I don't know if they fixed the pursuit angles. But I agree with you on the 06 stuff, I played it for a long time but some of that stuff made it become less fun over time.

I think 06's problems could be fixed with sliders somewhat, and although 04's passing game was far superior, 04 lacked rotating schedules as well as some of the updates 06 had, like presentation and campus legend. If 06 had 04's passing game with better pursuit angles, it would have been immaculate.

Like most of you guys, I also love 06 and 07 on last gen. However, I personally still have more fun playing 09 on 360 than any last gen version. Who here plays last gen versions more than 09?

Speaking of features, here's one that I miss that we'll never see again...

back on the ps one versions of ncaa 2000 and 2001, I remember in season mode having the option to select which stadium you wanted to play each game in. Then they had all of the NFL stadiums included so you could schedule games on a neutral field. For example you could have Illinois play Missouri in St. Louis where the Rams play, where they actually play every year.
