posted this in the teambuilder thread but figured i would put it here too to see if anyone knows, i dont think its as simple as adding all the players OVRs together and dividing by the number of players is it??

Can't be. Teams wouldn't be 60 overall then. And starters would figure into overall rating more than a 4th string garbage 1 star.
