Same here. I try it often but I find it difficult to do on offense but on defense I've pretty much got it down.

I can only do it on lob passes on offense.

Like previously said, most of the passes in the game are rockets.

I used to but it was too easy and letting the cpu catch for me is fun for me as I have to relie on my recievers ratings...

i've never really been good at it. i can do it on defense, but when i try on offense it just gets picked. i prefer my offense to be based on a qbs decision making and if my wr catches it based on his ratings, then it's more realistic. (not sure if that made sense)
