Thanks a lot early impression guys ... now I am buying the game. Poll time!

I was not buying but now am buying and even pre-ordered it last night.
The impressions thus far on here have helped but what really got me to change my mind was seeing the game in action at one of my local best buy stores. It looked so much prettier than the piece of s*** demo.

Yep! I will be buying a PS2 version for an old friend who lives in Wisconsin on release day. I probably won't get my PS3 and Xbox 360 copies until the next day or the day after (there is a long line.... if you don't believe me check the credits under EA Sports Extras).

All of the positive impressions have me feeling better. But I'm a big slider guy and I won't try the game until those have been patched. I need to know if they work well and if I can get the cpu to run the ball better this year. That's probably the biggest question mark I have right now. I didn't vote as I need a middle option - the wait for patch approach!

I skipped 09, so I figured I would buy 10 used since it's an OK game. Yet, with the teambuilder codes not working for used games, I'll just wait on the sidelines for next year.

Picking up the PS2 version on Tuesday, not sold on next gen gameplay yet.
