Yeah the point of Heisman is to give the CPU a small advantage to better compete with the Human player. All-American is supposed to put the Human and CPU on an equal level ratings wise.

I hope that the injury think is just insane bad luck, or a glitch with the demo. For both my offline and maybe online dynasty (if I play one, which I might depending on how good the game is) I'll play as my created school and UK, neither of which is a powerhouse, yet. While i support injuries in the game, a part of me wants some of my stars getting injured, because it seems like it always happens for UK, the other part of me wants my team to be relatively untouched by injuries. I've been playing NCAA and Madden for awhile now, but last year was the 1st time I stepped the difficulty up from Varsity or Pro, to All American and All-Pro, so this year will be the 1st year that I play the on the hardest difficulty on each game.
