It is not your connection. This happened to me last year. It is because of your EA account & MS IM have a email address conflict. It took me a month to resolve it. If you changed email address or posted diff email address on 1 or the other you will never get in unless you change them to the same. you can call me or PM if you still don't understand. ph# 901-497-3031. Put in COD 3...worked with no problem.

I agree with GA...it will let me go into lobby and as soon as im ready and is my opponent...it disconnects me....very annoying.

I tried to log on earlier and got the same message. I have Cox as my ISP. IMO, it's a EA issue not a modem issue.

Let me know if you guys are able to log on. I was on my lunch break earlier when I tried but, I will try again when I get off work.

ITS GOTTA be a ea issue i played mlb the show after i got pissed and i also played gta as well....just doesn't pan out that it would be a modem/dsl problem

Yea, I get off work at 10 P.M. 2nite so I will probably try again after I get home...hopefully at night it will be easier to get on there.

I am looking forward to my first online game...and getting my butt royally handed to me most likely lol but it still is going to be fun...if I can ever get on and stay on for a whole game EA!

I am really hoping this gets worked out soon, it's really pathetic that we pay 65 bucks for a game and can't even play it online because EA's server isn't equipped to handle all us users.
