Individual Subs?

Did they remove the ability to sub players on the fly from the playcalling screen? IIRC last year you could sub a backup in certain formations before going into the formation to call a play...

I was playing as Penn State last night, and my RB was red, but I could only sub him out from the depth chart screen...Am I missing something here? I hope I am...

Above the playcall screen are individual packages.

Just move the right stick over to the spell hb package.

Thanks...Wasn't it different last year? Maybe I'm thinking of Madden, but I remember being able to put specific players on the field through the playcall subs. This way it will give you a backup RB (as an example) but if your starter gets hurt, it doesn't slide your 3rd string in to sub for your backup whos now starting. (does that make sense? It does in my head)

I was playing with Notre Dame, and my RB got knocked out in the first 2 min (there were 8 injuries total for the game with both teams) and when I wanted to give my RB a breather I had to change the depth chart manually....
