Too much play action?

So I play the games and most of the time I use Ask Corso for my offensive plays, anyway this year more than other years it seems like his only suggestions are runs and play action passes. Also a lot of the same plays pop up play after play. Does anyone else notice this or is it just because of the playbook I use. I have used ECU and LSU.

I would agree.
The amount and number of play action plays is far too much.

I never understand some of the basic design errors that EA makes year after year.
It seems that there must be very limited testing because obvious errors do not seem to be caught.

Re: Too much play action?

Solution would be to not use ask Corso, anything that he recommends as far as plays normally are useless.

I ask Corso mostly so I dont just choose one play over and over again, idk its something that Ive pretty much always done.

Re: Too much play action?

I use Corso a bit also in my offline dynasties. But I make myself choose one of the 4 plays shown instead of having to use the specific one shown.
I also sometimes do it by quarter. 1st quarter I have to pick from top row, 2nd quarter I have to pick from the 2 on the right, 3rd = bottom 2 and 4th quarter any of the 4.

Just to switch it up ....

Re: Too much play action?

I also ask Corso most of the time and 3 of the 4 plays on the screen are playaction every time. this is one of the first things i noticed and couldnt believe how over the top it was. im thinking this is all because of the whole "linking plays" thing. like always, EA comes up with a new feature or animation, and instead of just casually adding it to the game they go total overkill with it and make it happen every time so they can say, "look we added something new!!"
