What are your conferences?

ACC. Added WVU and USC. Swapped GT with USC. Then i switched UK and Miami. then added UK to the big east. Also put Arkansas in the Big XII and Put Tulane in the SEC west.

That way in both conferences, every team has at least 2 rivals in their divison.

Actually working on it now:

Moved BYU, Utah, Fresno State, and Boise State to the Pac 10. Sent Washington and Wash. St., Arizona, and Arizona State to the WAC. Made some other changes to make that work. Will add more once I'm done.
