Can anyone tell me what the difference may be between blue and purple? what may happen, what may not? have you seen it help? It appears cheesers may try to keep it on green almost constantly...?

It tells you what the risks/rewards are for each option right on the screen when you're picking your strategy, bro.

Am I missing something?

yes , I already understand that. I am asking your perseptions on its effectivness. is there much differance between blue and purple etc ? when and how do you use them all?

I basically try to stay on purple till I need green. Maybe a key 3rd down or late in game ....?

purple? are the PS3 colors different(i guess the color match the buttons?) on 360 its yellow(aggressive), green(balanced) and blue(conservative).

i leave most on balance, I normally put defensive line to aggressive though.

Yeah, Square = Purple on PS3, Blue = X, and Green = Triangle.

Assuming the button mapping is the same, Blue would be default (A on 360), Green would be aggressive (Y on 360), and Purple would be passive (X on 360). Not sure though because I have a 360; merely a guess.

Yeah, these color settings are based on button color, so PS3 is different from 360.

Re: Game planning-blue-purple-green

yea, the mapping is the same though so buttons in the same spot on the controller do the same thing...

anyway, i use florida and usually run agressive on most things except for big runs or whatever i keep either balanced or conservative because thats what causes a lot of the fumbles, also i turn stip ball down do bal. or cons. because of all the facemask penalties it gives, and i started doing cons. on catching (focus on the catch) as i was dropping balls when i got hit or even open passes but i didnt realize that setting was there or else i would have always done that, possession is way more important

those work pretty well for me but that may be in part because florida is so good that they play well even on aggressive, other teams may be more prone to mistakes going so all out
