I went with Western Michigan. They are a 1 star, but have Hiller to play with for one year.

Iowa State is a fun team if you like challenges. They have an almost fully Shotgun playbook with a little Pistol and they are very run and gun. There is a young QB with speed that can make things interesting as well.

I stumbled upon Mid Tennessee State the other day. They have sweet jerseys including blue and black as an alternate. A majority of their key players graduate after this season so you're essentially rebuilding after year one and can develop whatever style offense you want.

Fresno state is fun and rewarding I played a 6yr franchise with them in 09.

Last year i had a 5 year Dynasty with Western Kentucky, and by year 5 had them in the top 25 and won a BCS bowl.

This year i have chosen Kent State to be my 1 star to greatness dynasty until the season starts.

Arkansas has some great young players (that aren't rated nearly high enough) and some good recruiting pitches and aren't too easy. They have a killer schedule and conference though
