I am having trouble with these aspects of the game any help or tips would be appreciated. I know that some of you think that this is easy so what do you do on kick/punt returns that works.

KR

1. catch ball
2. look for hole
3. run through it

PR

watch you blockers as the ball is coming, then follow them.

LOL...About as basic as you can make it, but 100% true and on point.

Be very selective on Punt Returns. If the gunner's are barring down on you don't be afraid to use a fair catch. If you try to run all of them back expect an average of about 5 yards per return not to mention, several fumbles.
