I play 6 minute quarters, i get pretty close to realistic stats.

Takes about an hour. With a realistic number of plays and and close to real life average yards per play, I can usually get good stats and good scores. Takes a lot of slider tuning though.

With 7 minute quarters, which is what I've always played, I'm usually running around 60 plays. This usually transaltes into my #1 RB getting 20-25 carries, backup RB 5 +, QB 10, and 5 carries spread around. I usually only look to pass 15 - 20 times a game no matter what football game I'm playing so keep that in mind.

If you pass more you will likely get more plays because of clock stoppages from incompletions.

I've been doing 7 but I'm now starting to think that 8 might sim the most realistic. Gonna try it.
