Goal line fade routes.

I have only seen them in Gator Heavy, are there any other play books, or plays that have goal line fades?

Re: Goal line fade routes.

Fades do work on this game. Now since they have the over the shoulder catch, that's all they do.

They never turn around and play the ball, like a jump ball should be played.

And since they took out the strafe button on offense, you can't even do it manually.. Well you can, but you have to take an extended route to get yourself facing the quarterback. That's probably my only gripe about this game so far. That strafe doesn't work on offense...

EDIT: Oh, and freshman ratings, and player progression in dynasty. That's it though.

You're mad you can't rocket catch or any just throw it up to Dez Bryant and strafe and make the catch nearly every time? Oh ok.

I wish the fade route was possible. It's a TTU staple. Snap, lob, jump ball in the corner. All in a seamless sequence. It's a thing of beauty when executed perfectly.

It's a pickle to program I bet.

The fade isn't a hot route, I've seen the play in either the spread or South Carolina playbooks though.
