you can take the dynasty offline after the National Championship game is played, sim past that week and see if any job offers/conference invites are given. then after that is done, re-start the online dynasty with the updated dynasty and continue from there. however this will reset the coaching record and coach integrity everytime you do this(if it's the same as NCAA '09 that is)
