why does my recruit get mad so easily?

why do my recruits get so mad so quickly when i recruit against another school. im talking about when it "works", and the meter says -3, -3, -2.

I still have yet to figure out negative recruiting. Most times it doesn't seem to work and the thing you're talking about happens. But once it worked great and it doubled the point value of my positive recruiting. So when I pitched him one of my A+ where he was very high, it would give me +36 instead of +18. Weird.

Because its not supposed to be -3-2-1. Its +6 to work.

negative has to mean its working, becuase the more important it is to the recruit, and the worse it is for that school, then it is negative. i dont see how positive would be better, but then again, i dont get the recruit against.

interesting. i know when you sway a pitch your way it usually gives you a bonus of like +42 or something. thats another cool thing about recruiting this year, if im not mistaking, you can sway the same pitch the next week, even if you already swayed it last week.

so has anybody figured out if you want to get positive or negative points on the recruit against screen? I noticed the red bar fills going from right to left? any suggestions?
