Runningback Subsitution Error

I started a dynasty with UNC and through my first four game I've experienced some weird substitutions thanks to the CPU.
Through the first half, I was using #1 RB Shaun Draughn for about 3/4 of the carries and #2 RB Ryan Houston for the other quarter. At halftime, Shaun Draughn had been removed from the game. He was still listed as the #1 RB, and all of my packages were "normal." He also was never injured and wasn't listed in the "injured" screen. While this happened through my first three games, I thought it was just because they were blowouts. But my fourth game was a game against an actually good opponent in Georgia Tech. I was up something like 10-3 at halftime when Draughn was removed. I tried auto-reordering the depth chart, moving Draughn around the depth chart, and changing my packages, but nothing happened.
Any help?

Use Playmaker's sub settings.........They are some where around here.

I use the playmakers sub settings and I get the same thing. It doesn't happen every game, but there are games where I'm using my fourth string running back. It got so bad in one game it had my back up fullback as the HB. I check the injury report and it's empty. It has to be a glitch in the game causing it to bench your starter.

Yep. It still has to do with substitutions. The only way to fix it completely is to put your sub out at like 1%. It sucks because the CPU will never take anyone out of the game, but you at least keep your starters in. I really can't believe we have to wait a month to get that fixed.

Do not go above 85 on sub in or you will have this issue. At 85 I have not ost my HB due to subbing issues.

Yeah i put my sub in/out at 85/84 and i havent had any issues.
