Somewhere in your online options, you can provide your email address and sign up for post-game stats. EA will email you a stat sheet similar to what he just showed after every online game you play.

Two defensive TD's, one pick six, one fumble return, and I got a field goal off a turnover. I did get a legit TD via drive in the last two minutes of the game...it was awesome. Dude scored two td's on his first two drives and I'm like this is gonna be a long game but I got him under control with corner blitz's (he was rolling out and burning me until I started the corner blitzs). It was on PS3 (for the record).
