Sub In/Out settings

Does anyone have a good set of sub settings? I tried searching on the board but my simple search of sub came up with no results.

I'm tired of my running back disappearing in the fourth quarter. EA really needs to hire some better testers to fix garbage like this.

There is a nice thread with some decent settings. It should keep your back in the game but it won't realistically sub in and out Def players. They'll stay in the game as if oxygen and rest are the worst things in the world. (EA you suck for screwing this up).

The title of the thread has the word "fatigue" in it. You'll find it. Just make sure it's a title search only.
