Well in real life this is true. In the game, not so much, and this poll is about the game, I'm assuming. In the game, ppl usually just want the best offensive skill position players they can get, and then they build from there.

Re: Who's your savior?

offense: QB. You need a good OL (LT is the most important and hardest position to play) but a great QB can improve the play of his team mated and can win without the best players around him.

defense: DL... not any one DL position, but in general you can be dominant with mediocre players elsewhere as long as you have a good line. Your secondary looks better, your linebackers look better, etc.

Re: Who's your savior?

well on offense i would say a qb only if he is a fast qb otherwise i would rather have a good running back to build around

on defense one really good defensive linemen can be a real gamechanger if he is really good

Re: Who's your savior?

I like to run the ball so I prefer to build around a stud running back. I recently started an Eastern Michigan dynasty and got through one season and my savior by far was Dwayne Priest the running back. He carried for nearly 1,300 yards and 16 scores, without him my season would have been miserable. He carried me to a MAC championship.
