Usually they are playing man 2-deep and have the safeties over the top. Unless you are perfect, you'll get picked. Try motioning your halfback out and see if you can get him matched up on a linebacker quickly. If it's a safety on your RB, run the fly pattern because he won't have safety help.

yep. generally if you mix up the play calling and are able to read different defensive looks, you can pick apart those kind of defenses that use presses and the 2 man under frequently.
