Can not save video or picture highlights after game

When I go in and try to save highlights after the game is complete, it is giving me an insufficient memory error. I know that this is not the case, 80GB unit, with less than 15GB being used. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue? I saved videos and pictures all last year on '09, without any issues. I used the search function in the bugs and glitches thread, but did not come back with any hits regarding video saving issues. Anybody with ideas, they are welcome, I would like to be able to post some videos again, it is just something I use every once in a while. All help is appreciated.

Nobody else has had a issue like this or has seen this issue listed else where? So should I throw it in the bugs and glitches thread?
