Why are all defenders in the red by the second half?

Title says it all. Has anyone else noticed that while offense rarely gets in the red the defense is frequently in the red by the second half. I think this destabilizes the game by leading to excess penetration, sacks, and tackles for a loss in the second half.

i'm pretty sure the red means they're on a hot streak, not fatigued. if you'll notice, if your QB or RB aren't doing so well, they'll be blue meaning they're cold.

He understands what the red means. That's why he said the defense being in the red is...

i think the gameplan settings might have something to do with it...I know my dline is red or pulsing within a few plays of the game, while a few of them don't have a single stat yet. I only assume it is because i have dline set to aggressive and they get red just by jumping the snap.

Also has a lot to do with user tackles, which is why you see everyone in the red. If you're one of the people that switches to a defender to make the tackle you'll see the red increase greatly as the game goes on.

Where do you see who's in the red?

probably not, i have my gameplan on balanced the whole game and most of my defense is red, and i don't play defense...I just let the CPU control all the players.
