Can you have custom named rosters in RTG mode?

its never worked for me. thats one of the reasons i cant play RTG

You have to make your player, copy down all of his attributes then exit RTG. Then; go to create-a-player and make him again and put him as a freshman on the team you want him as. Make sure you put him in the updated roster file (or custom one, as the original poster called it). Now select Road to Glory again, and this time choose "From Existing Player" and select your player. Only problem is that you get none of the Erin Andrews updates and whatnot. But you still get the achievements and the Road to Glory score.
